At Mithra Prime, we collaborate with lawyer Can Eröksüz, an expert in the field, on legal processes related to protected areas, site status, and real estate ownership. A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Can Eröksüz has extensive experience in administrative, zoning, and property law, possessing deep expertise in legal disputes arising in natural and archaeological sites, special environmental protection zones, coastal areas, dam basins, and similar restricted areas.

Within the scope of this collaboration, we are jointly addressing technical and legal processes concerning property restrictions, expropriation without compensation, compensation, and depreciation in value for properties with protected site status. By integrating Mithra Prime's technical and strategic consulting approach with Can Eröksüz's experience in administrative and judicial processes, we are developing strong, holistic, and results-oriented solutions in both litigation and administrative applications.
