At Mithra Prime, we collaborate with Vivant Architecture on the design of new buildings planned in protected areas. We consider the proposed projects in accordance with conservation legislation and board decisions, within the framework of the historical fabric and environmental character of the site. By considering fundamental architectural elements such as scale, mass, materials, and silhouette, we jointly manage the design processes, establishing a balanced relationship with the existing environment and presenting a contemporary architectural language.

We meticulously coordinate the application and approval stages with the Conservation Area Boards and relevant public institutions; we follow all stages, from design decisions to the implementation process, with a holistic approach.
